2-Channel MOS-FET Power Amplifier
The RS - 600 PREMIUM is designed and built for applications where sonic excellence and ruggedness are equally important. It can deliver 760 watts RMS @4W, in the bridged mono mode. This level of performance is achieved utilizing high quality discrete components and by taking advantage of the latest innovations in lateral power MOSFET technology. The class A input stages and the complementary MOSFET output stage assures low noise and distortion with excellent transient and overload response. The power supply consists of a heavy-duty high current toroidal transformer and large computer-grade capacitors that deliver continuous power without any hic-ups when driving low impedance loudspeakers. The front panel features output level, clipping, protect and thermal status indicators. The amplifier is fully protected against internal and external malfunctions. The selection of high reliability components and modular design ensures continuous high standard of performance throughout its long operating life, and field serviceability in the unlikely event of a breakdown. The RS - 600 PREMIUM is housed in a heavyduty rack mountable chassis. The front to back forced air-cooling facilitates direct stacking, thus saving valuable rack space.
