Subwoofer with SIC TM technology

F E A T U R E S

The PULZ® sub115 extends the usable range of any loudspeaker to 40Hz. Its extremely compact

format offers an ideal companion to fixed or touring system. TM SIC technology, Single Interactive Chamber, increases bandwidth and efficiency while reducing total volume of vented bass loudspeaker by combining rear and front load in the same volume. Because rear and front load do not work in the same frequency region, it is possible, with a special calculation layout, to fuse TM both functions in only one. In practice, SIC

technology, by using this new physical approach, virtually suppresses one of the two volumes and dramatically reduce the total size of vent loaded subwoofer. When used with CX15 or CX15S enclosures, the sub115 is ideal for stage monitoring applications such as sidefill, keyboard or drum fill monitoring. When operated in conjunction with smaller enclosures, the sub115 is highly suitable for corporate (A/V) applications.

® For use with PULZ loudspeakers, the signal is ® provided by PULZ analog controllers. Alternatively, recommended factory presets for digital processors are available. With power handling capacity of 500 W (1500 W peak) and response to 40 Hz, the sub115 is the answer for applications requiring additional low frequency extension from a compact enclosure. The Sub115 provides low end extension and upper mid bass articulation combined with high power handling and efficiency. Due to its SIC design, single or multiple sub115 enclosures couple effectively while providing the bass definition and musicality that only a larger front loaded subwoofer can provide. The compact dimensions of the sub115 provide a high degree of versatility for installations where space is at a premium. Typical applications include distributed subwoofer systems for club, theatre, conference room or multimedia installations.
